How to purchase the Gift Voucher

Simply fill in the form below with all the information about the gift you would like to give, and submit your request. You will receive by email the Gift Voucher made out to the lucky person who will receive it. With the Gift Voucher,you will be entitled to receive the official voucher confirming the booking for your preferred date and time (subject to availability).
After purchase: The lucky person who receives the gift will simply need to email us at least two weeks before the desired date, indicating the voucher number, and the date and time of the visit. If availability is confirmed, the official voucher (the only document accepted to access the visit) will be sent to the email address provided.

Vatican Museums opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (the exit from the museum and exhibition areas starts at 6:00 p.m.)
Vatican Museums opening hours: Friday to Saturday from 8:30 to 22:30 p.m. (the exit from the museum and exhibition areas starts at 22:00 p.m.)

Where do I pick up the ticket

Show your electronic ticket (on your smartphone) to the security guards who are at the museum entrance "Visitors with online reservations", in Viale Vaticano. After passing the security controls, you will have to show the ticket to the "Online and groups box".

Remember

Do not follow the queue, go directly to the dedicated entrance "Visitors with online reservations".
If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded.

The Vatican Museums are subject to security controls at the entrance, you may have to wait in the metal detectors line for security reasons.
