Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 280.00 € for the guide service.
To this amount it has to be added 35.00 € per visitor.

A special language extra fee has to be added in case the chosen language is Danish, Dutch, Greek, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese or Russian. Each person above 20 visitors has to pay 2,50 € extra charge.

Meeting point

The meeting point with the guide will be in Via Tunisi near the Caffè Vaticano (across the street from the entrance to the museum). Remember to arrive 15 minutes before the booked time. The guide will have a sign with your name.

If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded.
