Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 280.00 € for the guide service.
To this amount it has to be added 30.00 € per visitor.

A special language extra fee has to be added in case the chosen language is Danish, Dutch, Greek, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese or Russian. Each person above 20 visitors has to pay 2,50 € extra charge.

The price includes

Direct entry without waiting in line, entrance ticket, an expert guide, booking fees. For private tours, headphones are provided upon request. We advise that the headphones are used for groups of more than 15 people.
